DDPY Rebuild is a unique program designed specifically for those who struggle with limited mobility and/or pain. Through a progressive series of workouts, you’ll build arms, legs, and core strength, increase flexibility, and decrease pain. This workout is the perfect starting point if you’re injured or just haven’t been active for a while or having trouble with balance or standing for long periods of time. You will start on a chair, then on your feet using a chair to assist you with balance.
DDPY Level 1 workouts are uniquely designed to strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons while stabilizing core muscles, increasing flexibility, agility, and balance. You'll get a great cardio workout with minimal joint impact, and you'll do it at your pace. In Level 1 workouts, you will build on the foundational moves of DDPY, build strength and start to tone those muscles. You will be able to work at your own level and then challenge yourself more when you are ready. This is a good starting point for those who are relatively new to DDPY. DDPY is suitable for everyone wanting to perform at an optimum level and want to see life changing results while improving their activity and quality of life.
DDPY Level 2 If you have been participating in DDPY Classes for a while, you continue to challenge yourself further with moves that are more difficult, but always with the option of modifying to suit your abilities. This is a great class if you have done DDPY for a while and are ready to take it to the next level. Anyone can join in!

Marcel has been teaching live in-person DDPY Fitness since 2015 in the Guelph, Ontario, Canada area.
Dr. Marcel Doré is a Canadian physician with extensive clinical experience, specializing in family medicine, hospital care, and medical education. Since 2013, he has been a dedicated DDPY Fitness practitioner and is now a Master Level DDPY Fitness Instructor, a program that has played a pivotal role in transforming his own health.
Through DDPY Fitness, Dr. Doré has achieved significant improvements in managing his diabetes, high blood pressure, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, obesity, and overall health. His personal success with the program has fueled his passion for helping others achieve similar results.
Based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Doré leads several in-person DDPY Fitness classes weekly, offering both foundational DDPY Rebuild sessions and more advanced DDPY Level 1 and 2 classes. His teaching style is approachable and supportive, making fitness accessible for individuals at all levels.

Lisa achieved her DDPY certification in March 2022 with the intention of offering the benefits of DDPY to others so that they can live their best lives, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In addition to being a DDPY Level 1 Instructor, Lisa is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Resilience Coach and a Certified Change Practitioner.
Before her transformation, Lisa was overweight and suffered from debilitating back and neck pain causing daily headaches and chronic fatigue. She was introduced to DDPY in 2017, knowing she had to “own her life”, then started the Beginner DDPY schedule. Her strength and flexibility increased every week, then continued to follow the intermediate and advanced schedules through to extreme workouts. Lisa lost 40 lbs in 8 months and her back and neck pain completely resolved. In addition to all of these positive physical results, the greatest benefit she gained from DDPY is greater mental clarity and energy.
