DDPY Fitness workouts, developed by Diamond Dallas Page (DDP) are uniquely designed to strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons while stabilizing core muscles, increasing flexibility, agility, and balance. You'll get a great cardio workout with minimal joint impact, and you'll do it at your pace.
Live in-person DDPY Fitness classes have been available year-round through Guelph/Eramosa Township, near Guelph, Ontario Canada. We offer both foundational DDPY Rebuild sessions and more advanced DDPY Level 1 and 2 classes. Our experienced certified DDPY instructors, Marcel and Lisa are approachable and supportive, making fitness accessible for individuals at all levels.
DDPY Fast Track Coaching is a personalized coaching program offered by DDP Yoga. It focuses on guiding individuals through their fitness and wellness journey with dedicated support from a coach for three months.

As a Master Level DDPY Instructor, with over 10 years of teaching DDPY, I am happy to provide individualized DDPY Instruction to individuals or groups. DDPY Fitness is an excellent companion to sports training, fitness programs, rehabilitation programs and can be modified to address any level of fitness.

DDPY Level 1 builds on the foundational moves of DDPY, build strength and start to tone those muscles. You will be able to work at your own level and then challenge yourself more when you are ready. This is a good starting point for those who are relatively new to DDPY.

DDPY Rebuild - Instructor Marcel Doré

DDPY Rebuild is a unique program designed specifically for individuals who may have limited mobility due to age, injury, arthritis, pain or other conditions. No matter what your limitations may be, DDPY Rebuild will meet you where you are at. DDPY Rebuild is a workout that starts sitting in a chair and progresses to standing exercises while using the chair for support. You will gain strength, flexibility, mobility and feel better. Required: Yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Heart rate monitor is highly recommended.

DDPY Rebuild is a unique program designed specifically for those who struggle with limited mobility and/or pain. Through a progressive series of workouts, you’ll build arms, legs, and core strength, increase flexibility, and decrease pain. This workout is the perfect starting point if you’re injured or just haven’t been active for a while or having trouble with balance or standing for long periods of time. You will start on a chair, then on your feet using a chair to assist you with balance.
DDPY Level 1 workouts are uniquely designed to strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons while stabilizing core muscles, increasing flexibility, agility, and balance. You'll get a great cardio workout with minimal joint impact, and you'll do it at your pace. In Level 1 workouts, you will build on the foundational moves of DDPY, build strength and start to tone those muscles. You will be able to work at your own level and then challenge yourself more when you are ready. This is a good starting point for those who are relatively new to DDPY. DDPY is suitable for everyone wanting to perform at an optimum level and want to see life changing results while improving their activity and quality of life.
DDPY Level 2 If you have been participating in DDPY Classes for a while, you continue to challenge yourself further with moves that are more difficult, but always with the option of modifying to suit your abilities. This is a great class if you have done DDPY for a while and are ready to take it to the next level. Anyone can join in!

DDPY FastTrack Coaching is a personalized coaching program offered by DDP Yoga. It focuses on guiding individuals through their fitness and wellness journey with dedicated support from a coach for three months. During this period, clients receive tailored workout plans, nutritional guidance, and motivational support based on the DDPY program. Coaches work closely with clients to help them meet their personal goals, whether it's weight loss, improved mobility, or overall health improvement. FastTrack coaching also includes access to all DDPY workouts and resources.
The program aims to provide a structured path for clients, and while it's not a crash course, it sets them up for long-term success. Coaches, many of whom have personal transformation stories, guide clients with check-ins and adaptable plans to ensure progress.
Marcel Doré MD brings his experience and practice to DDPY Fast Track coaching to help guide each individual on their journey to better health through a thorough understanding of their health journey, taking into consideration any medical challenges or issues. Known for his warm and engaging communication style, Marcel excels at listening to his clients and empowering them to build on their past achievements to reach their health goals.
