Marcel has been teaching live in-person DDPY Fitness since 2015 in the Guelph, Ontario, Canada area. Marcel's exercise philosophy is consistency beats intensity and results happen when one consistently applies oneself to regular exercise/movements. Marcel looks forward to helping people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels improve their quality of life.
Marcel is an MD physician who prescribes exercise to treat his patients, bringing a special medical perspective to the benefits of DDPY! On the clinical side, Dr. Doré has been trained in the McGill Method for the assessment and management of low back disorders. He has completed training in Cancer and Exercise. Other areas of interest and development include balance, injury prevention, functional fitness, optimizing performance. He brings over 35 years of clinical experience as a physician, having worked in Guelph, Ontario Canada as a primary care physician as well as a Hospitalist Physician.

Lisa achieved her DDPY certification in March 2022 with the intention of offering the benefits of DDPY to others so that they can live their best lives, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In addition to being a DDPY Level 1 Instructor, Lisa is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Resilience Coach and a Certified Change Practitioner.
Before her transformation, Lisa was overweight and suffered from debilitating back and neck pain causing daily headaches and chronic fatigue. She was introduced to DDPY in 2017, knowing she had to “own her life”, then started the Beginner DDPY schedule. Her strength and flexibility increased every week, then continued to follow the intermediate and advanced schedules through to extreme workouts. Lisa lost 40 lbs in 8 months and her back and neck pain completely resolved. In addition to all of these positive physical results, the greatest benefit she gained from DDPY is greater mental clarity and energy.
