I have had the pleasure of teaching DDPY Fitness since 2015 in collaboration with Guelph/Eramosa Township. I am happy to report that now, DDPY Fitness offers classes starting right from sitting in a chair (DDPY Rebuild) to more challenging workouts with Level 2. I am a certified DDPY Level 2 Instructor and love to teach all kinds of classes. This Fall (2022) we welcome our new DDPY Level 1 Instructor, Lisa Bellon, who will be teaching a class every Monday evening at 7:00 pm. DDPY is for everyone, regardless of age, size, shape or fitness level. More about DDPY Fitness
In addition to our DDPY Fitness classes, Guelph/Eramosa Township also offers several other fitness classes that are suitable for adults and 55+ individuals. For that reason, I am now including all adult and 55+ classes on this page. As well, I would like to highlight the wonderful, energetic and motivating instructors who are contributing greatly to the well being of so many through their 55+ fitness classes.
We all look forward to seeing you in the Fall 2022 session and helping you find the best start for your fitness experience!

Lisa achieved her DDPY certification in March 2022 with the intention of offering the benefits of DDPY to others so that they can live their best lives, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In addition to being a DDPY Level 1 Instructor, Lisa is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Certified Resilience Coach and a Certified Change Practitioner.
Before her transformation, Lisa was overweight and suffered from debilitating back and neck pain causing daily headaches and chronic fatigue. She was introduced to DDPY in 2017, knowing she had to “own her life”, then started the Beginner DDPY schedule. Her strength and flexibility increased every week, then continued to follow the intermediate and advanced schedules through to extreme workouts. Lisa lost 40 lbs in 8 months and her back and neck pain completely resolved. In addition to all of these positive physical results, the greatest benefit she gained from DDPY is greater mental clarity and energy.
