Dr. Doré provides individual medical and/or exercise consultations to anyone who is living with chronic disease (chronic back pain, cancer, arthritis, obesity, diabetes, and many others) and unsure of where to start with an exercise program. 


Medical/Exercise Consultation

50-minute session with Dr. Doré, physician and Level 2 DDPY Instructor

  2. DDPY Coaching - Enrich your DDPY Fitness experience by learning the positions and movements with an experienced DDPY Level 2 Instructor
