Exercising with Back Pain: Spine Conserving Positions, Movements and Exercises to Avoid Common Low Back Pain Triggers
This 90-minute LIVE on ZOOM Workshop will address the following:
This workshop will be limited to 5 students per class in order to make it as interactive as possible, allowing time for questions and discussion. Dr. Doré will demonstrate exercises and positions that are not only safe for your back, but that will also improve your strength and endurance so that you can enjoy increased physical activities. Dr. Doré, Level 2 DDPY Instructor will demonstrate several DDPY positions and movements explaining benefits of each, while demonstrating modifications for others.
Students should come ready to move - wear comfortable exercise type clothing, bring a yoga mat, water and a sweat towel.

Dr. Doré has been trained in the McGill Method for the assessment and management of low back disorders. In addition, he brings 35 years of clinical experience as a physician, having worked in Guelph as a primary care physician as well as a Hospitalist Physician.
Dr. Doré incorporates elements of excellent spine hygiene into his group fitness classes.
