This 2-hour session will focus on a review of your medical history and conditions with the purpose of making personalized recommendations for you in the area of exercises and lifestyle modifications - recommendations that are best suited to your starting point.
Health Coaching one-on-one, in-person or online appointments are available to discuss health, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and/or mindset. We will focus on setting goals, selecting the best way(s) for you to achieve them, setting real expectations and timelines, improving your quality of life through exercise and lifestyle.
DDPY Fitness workouts are uniquely designed to strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons while stabilizing core muscles, increasing flexibility, agility, and balance. You'll get a great cardio workout with minimal joint impact, and you'll do it at your pace.
